    International Shipping

    We ship worldwide.

    Delivery times vary by region, but most orders arrive within 5–12 business days.

    Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if charged by your country) are the customer’s responsibility.

    Order Tracking

    If you select a tracked service, your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel is in transit.

    Packaging

    Our packaging is minimal, compostable and recyclable where possible, and designed to protect the purity of your products without unnecessary waste.

    Returns & Issues With Your Order

    If your parcel arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please email us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at info@salka.co.uk.

    We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  • Our products are crafted with care and intention, and we want you to feel fully supported when you receive them. If something does not feel right with your order, we are here to help.

    Because we work with plant medicines, tinctures, sprays, and other natural consumables, certain items cannot be returned once opened, in line with UK safety standards.

    1. Unopened Returns

    You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

    • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

    • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.

    2. Opened or Used Products

    For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on and consumable, topical or ingestion product that has been opened or used.

    This ensures the highest standards of purity and consumer protection.

    3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at info@salka.co.uk with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • A clear photo of the item

    We will replace the product or offer a full refund.

    You will not be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

    4. Refund Processing

    Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.

    Timeframes may vary depending on your bank.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

    5. Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges.

    If you would like a different product, please return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.

    6. International Returns

    International customers may return unopened items, but:

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

    • Any customs fees applied to returned items are outside our control

    Refunds are issued once the item arrives back with us and passes inspection.

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    We will reply with the return address and simple instructions.
